I'm Karthik — a solution architect and technology leader based in Hyderabad, currently with Accenture Baltics in Vilnius, leading architecture and delivery for a global insurance leader's warranty platform on Microsoft Azure.

Over 15 years I've led high-impact programs in cloud modernization, AI & GenAI, microservices, and enterprise system redesign — for Fortune-500 and global enterprises across payments, media, publishing, education, healthcare, retail, and telecom. My work sits at the intersection of deep technical architecture and the strategic, people-centered leadership needed to actually ship it.
